- 左脛骨骨幹部中央から遠位部にかけて脂肪抑制画像で骨膜に接する浮腫性変化あり
- また横断像、矢状断像にて骨皮質の肥厚も認める
- 上記より過労性骨膜炎(シンスプリント)が最も疑われる
- その他、異常所見はなし
シンスプリント(過労性骨膜炎)
・激しい運動などにより、脛骨内側の骨膜周囲に炎症を起こした状態
・MRIの脂肪抑制画像が有効で、脛骨内側皮質に沿って骨膜の浮腫性変化を認める
・骨折している事は少ない
